Through diverse forms and themes, Women’s Voices en-courages reflection on true equality and recognizes women’s contributions to contemporary culture.

Agata Drogowska - Project Curator

An experienced curator and cultural project manager with nearly 25 years in leadership roles within non-profit organizations, this professional focuses on promoting Polish culture and the arts. Based in New York since 2012, they have successfully organized over 60 screenings of Polish films, including panels, workshops, and filmmaker meetups. They also initiated the “Polish Days” at the Greenpoint Film Festival, significantly enhancing the visibility of Polish cinema while securing funding and partnerships with cultural institutions and private sponsors. Prior to their work in New York, they were a curator at the InterCity Association in Poznań, where they developed and executed innovative cultural projects such as the “Artistic Benches” initiative. They managed interdisciplinary teams of artists and architects and successfully acquired grants for large-scale projects. Additionally, as the owner of a publishing agency in Poland, they collaborated with various magazines, produced press materials, and maintained long-term relationships with clients in the fashion and interior design sectors. They hold degrees in Painting and Art Education from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań and completed a Filmmaking Program at the New York Film Academy.
